Dr. Nguyen was born and raised on the Gulf Coast of Mississippi. She earned a Bachelor's of Arts degree in History (one of her favorite subjects) from the University of Mississippi and her Master's degree in Biomedical Sciences from Mississippi College. Dr. Nguyen attended Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, School of Dental Medicine in the Sunshine State of Florida. She graduated top of class and was awarded the Michael David Swick, D.M.D., Memorial Award for demonstrating outstanding community service, clinical competency and exceptional leadership. In addition to practicing dentistry full-time, she volunteers every year through providing dental services to the underserved communities through organizations such as Give Kids a Smile.

Dr. Nguyen enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. They own a family restaurant in Springfield, Virginia specializing in fresh baguettes and Vietnamese comfort food.

Dr. Nguyen is committed to delivering comprehensive care through an empathetic manner. She prioritizes patient's comfort and loves to see patients of all ages and walks of life.
